Established in 2001, Pilot500® has been helping global pharmaceutical & biotech companies quickly understand and optimize their teams in over 550 affiliates comprising more than 55,000 field force members in over 65 different countries.

MEET THE TEAM

  • Eric Luttringer – Partner.  Eric has led Pilot500®  for over 15 years. An experienced life sciences executive with a proven track record of building high performance teams and launching new products, Eric was formerly Global VP at IMS Health after working for top-tier US and European organizations, both in Pharma and FMCG, gaining extensive global experience empowering commercial operations covering general management, sales, marketing, commercial operations, strategic planning, new product assessment and business development.

  • Gregory Cordano – Partner. Greg brings over 30 years’ experience  in pharma and global life-science service companies building successful commercial teams, launching new products, leading international expansions and enabling life-science leaders to ensure their field teams maximize performance, notably through digital transformation & optimized omnichannel field orchestration.
    Greg is based in the US & France

  • Raul Madrigal Global Account Director. Raul is results-oriented executive with extensive Commercial experience in advising companies transform their commercial models accumulating experience from different business disciplines including Restructuring & Turnaround, Start-Up, Management Consulting and, most importantly, Commercial Sales Team. He also served as General Manager, Vice-President Sales, Commercial Director, International Sales Director and other roles at various multinational service companies within the Life Sciences and Consulting areas.

  • Catherine Durand-Couchoux Business Intelligence Director. Catherine has extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Market Research and Sales Force Effectiveness.  She has worked for top European and US Pharma companies gaining extensive experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Market Access.  For over 6 years, Catherine was President of  “Infostat Santé”, France’s leading organization of pharma professionals in market research, sales force effectiveness, and competitive intelligence.

  • Simon Gledhill – Senior Management Consultant with nineteen years of global consulting experience, (ZS Associates) including eleven at partner level, with focus on life sciences clients and international sales and marketing assignments. Business development and leadership of international sales and marketing consulting assignments across over forty markets in Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa and the Americas. Focus on developing internal client capabilities, multi-country projects and merger integration.

  • Ludovic Hacopian – lead for MSL Operational Excellence. Ludovic co-founded The Shaker Company, a consulting and coaching firm specialized in leadership development, transformation projects and operational excellence. Passionate people developer, he advises and coaches senior leaders in shaping their organizations, designs development programs for management, and leads operational excellence projects to build-out field capabilities for large and mid-size pharmaceutical companies leveraging his strong expertise in Medical Affairs and MSLs.  Ludovic has been global head of medical effectiveness and MSL operations for BMS, after many years at Accenture.

  • Karsten Schmidt Senior Executive Consultant in Business Excellence for Life Sciences. Karsten has 20+ years’ experience working in Marketing and Sales as well as Business Excellence roles at affiliate, regional and global levels. He has worked for top European and US Pharma companies. Founder/Managing Director of Xeleratio Consulting GmbH helping Life Sciences companies drive sales performance through innovative Business Excellence methodologies and tools. Extensive experience in Go-to-market strategies and resource allocation as well as field force deployment optimizations.

  • Helge Fisher – Senior Executive Consultant specialized in Sales and Marketing effectiveness & evidence-based consulting for the global healthcare industry. Helge is founder & managing director of Fischer & Partners – international healthcare marketing. Helge has extensive experiences in General Management with responsibilities in Germany, UK, Spain and Switzerland as well as senior executive in the EMEA-Region.

  • Luc DenisSenior Executive Consultant in Sales and Marketing for FMCG markets having extensive experience across the Unilever group, mainly in Sales and Marketing divisions. CEO cofounder of CPM in France proposing a new business model based on outsourcing in Sales for major companies in FMCG and others markets. Change management is his core expertise.
